We need at least 4 hours before your desired pickup time. Same-day service is available as long as you book early enough in the day.
We operate throughout Mexico City. Hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, bars, museums — if you can tell us the address, we'll be there. We also cover airport pickups and drop-offs.
Every bag is covered by a $1,000 USD insurance policy. We also take a confirmation photo at pickup and use ID verification, so there's always a clear record of the handoff.
Per bag — $39 USD flat. So if you have 2 bags, that's $78 USD for the full service: pickup, storage and delivery for both.
9AM to 10PM, every day of the year. No exceptions. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond in under 30 minutes.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. We'll share payment details when you message us on WhatsApp. A 20% discount is available — ask about it when you book.
